BraveAI Lab Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BraveAI Lab online platform,
including the AI, data science, and robotics technology (the “Technology”) provided by BraveAI
Lab. Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Technology, you agree to be bound by
these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Technology.

1. Responsibility for Use

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Technology is in compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify and hold BraveAI Lab and its affiliates,
officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Technology.

BraveAI Lab reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time, without prior
notice to you. You agree to be bound by the Terms and any updates or changes made by
BraveAI Lab.

3. Accuracy of Information

BraveAI Lab makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of
the information provided through the Technology and will not be liable for any errors or
omissions.

4. Security of Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and
password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

5. Termination

BraveAI Lab reserves the right to terminate your access to the Technology at any time, without
notice, for any reason.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Madhya Pradesh(India) Govt.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved through binding
arbitration in accordance with the rules of Indian Govt.
